     loving others is very easy, but if you love yourself it is very difficult. therefore we must understand the importance of loving yourself, to the self-righteousness in the present and in the future.

    Someone who loves yourself, will be easier in reaching his dreams and goals. He knows what he wants and knows how to reach his own dreams. He also won't care about what other people say. Because he believes in himself if he is able to reach his goal. Even if he fails, he won't blame himself for the failure. Unlike people who are not in love with themselves. He will feel afraid to face various problems in his life. He will let himself sink into sadness if he is down because of a problem.

    Loving yourself can keep you from mental disorders. When you hate yourself now, you will always have negative thoughts about yourself. This will make your body experience mental disorders. Because you yourself don't like the body or personality you have, which you are living now. So, loving yourself can prevent you from mental disorders. So, loving yourself can make you happier.
